12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those 4 plots are plot no. 10,11,13 and 14. Open Area of the project is 3752.84 Sq. Mtrs which includes Mobile Tower [44.28 Sq. Mtrs] and Road Area [3708.56 Sq. Mtrs]. The Saleable Area of the project is 6319.97 Sq. Mtrs. which includes Residential [6111.02 Sq. Mtrs.] and Informal Commercial [208.95 Sq. Mtrs.]. Out of total area approved as per the UIT Sikar Letter and Approved map is 12020.00 Sq. Mtrs., the project has been applied for Phase area 10072.75 Sq. Mtrs. after deducting the Surrendered Area in Sector Plan road (653.17 Sq. Mtrs.) and Safety Corridor (1294.08 Sq. Mtrs.)
