Mtrs. which includes Residential [6111.02 Sq. Mtrs.] and Informal Commercial [208.95 Sq. Mtrs.]. Out of total area approved as per the UIT Sikar Letter and Approved map is 12020.00 Sq. Mtrs., the project has been applied for Phase area 10072.75 Sq. Mtrs. after deducting the Surrendered Area in Sector Plan road (653.17 Sq. Mtrs.) and Safety Corridor (1294.08 Sq. Mtrs.)
