1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the UIT, Bhilwara against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. A4, A5 and A6 admeasuring 6137.54 Sq. Mtr. 2.) Open Area of the project is 12223.91 sq.mtr. and the same is calculated by considering park area as 1515.79 sq.mtr., O.C.F. Area as 425.82 sq. mtr., Parking area as 1091.18 sq. mtr. and Road area as 9191.12 sq. mtr.
