As per Township policy 2010 12.5% of the total saleable area i.e. Plot no 4, 5, 6, 7, 121 and 132 had been mortgaged with Nagarparishad Hanumangarh for the Internal Development works related to this project. Open Area is 8724.405 Mtr (which includes 6859.493 Sq Mtr For Road and 949.2364 Sq Mtr. for Park & Commercial Parking 915.6752) . Now all the development work has been completed by the promoter therefore all mortgaged Plot No. 4, 5, 6, 7, 121 and 132 has been now released by the Nagarparishad Hanumangarh.
