As per Township policy 2010 12.5% of the total saleable area i.e. Plot no 142, 143, 144, 154, and 218 had been mortgaged with Nagarparishad Hanumangarh for the Internal Development works related to this project. Open Area is 8038.78 Mtr (which includes 6135.337 Sq Mtr For Road and 943.5693 Sq Mtr. for Park & Commercial Parking 959.8738) . Now all the development work has been completed by the promoter therefore all mortgaged Plot No. 142, 143, 144, 154, and 218 has been now released by the Nagarparishad Hanumangarh.
