About Sky Lounges (A&B block of Platina Terraces ) Phase "II"
As per applicant request application for seeking extension in estimated finish date and further to the approval of hon'ble Chairman on dated 05.02.2020, estimated finish date has been changed from 31.12.2020 to 31.12.2021. Therefore now estimated finish date should be read as 31.12.2021.Estimated finished date updated on 11-02-2020. The Promoter shall obtain from the competent authority the requisite extension of validity of approved building plans and submit a copy thereof to the authority latest by 31.07.2020, failing which this certificate of extension shall stand withdrawn.
