1. In this project total No. of Floors are 2 Basements + Ground Floor + 13 Floor, out of which 2 B+G+8 Floors has been approved by the local body. The promoter intends to obtain permission from the competent authority for the remaining floors (up to 13 floors) in the future and shall be intimated as and when the permission is obtained. All the attributes in the application are filled keeping in view upto 13 floor. 2. With the permission of RERA, project name has been changed from "ICON" to "SKY"; and all declarations, undertakings, agreements and other documents executed by the promoter with "ICON" as the name of this project will continue to hold good for this project now named as "SKY "
