We have not made landowner as other promoter in the application because as per point number 4 of developers agreement landowner has authorised the developer to take bookings payments in the said project also the sale power has been given from (landowner JV to developer) and point no.16 issuance of allotment letter, possession letter/ patta. ponit no. 21 developer is authorised by landowner.
