SC-2 to SC-7, SC-18 to SC-24 are in the ownership of Khatedar. 4.The total saleable area of 11208.20 sq. mtrs. includes saleable area of sector commercial plots of JDA (1535.57 sq. mtr.), sector commercial plots of khatedar (1691.29 sq. mtr.), residential plots (7896.80 sq. mtr.) and retail shop plot (84.54 sq. mtr.) 5.The Total Open Area 8,634.47 Square meters (includes 660.47 Sq Mtr for Park and 4435.74 Sq Mtr For Road).
