1.That Plot No. 1, 2, 20, 24, 25 & 29 (Total - 06 plots and area- 975.45 sq. mtrs.) have been mortgage with Jaipur Development Authority for ensuring internal development in the project and shown in approved but not sanctioned on RERA Portal and as and when such patta will be realized it will be intimated to RERA. 2. That Plot No. 12,13,14,18,19,20,21,22,26,27,34,35,50,51,52 will be effected due to passing of LT Line from the project therefore such as been shown under proposed but not sanctioned till such LT Line is shifted. 3. That open area calculation is as under (Park-750.06, S.W.M-50.06, Mobile Tower-10.02, P.U-10.34, Sector Road-3164.59, Road-3474.73) 4. That Plot No.20 is effected due to passing of LT Line from the project and further same plot has been mortgage with Jaipur Development Authority therefore Plot no.20 is common for both as mortgage as well as affected from LT Line and same has been address as status mortgage under plot details.
