1. 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jodhpur Development Authority against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 51 to 62 admeasuring 611.42 SqM. 2. There are total 62 units in the project out of which Total saleable units are 61 i.e. sanctioned 50 and non sanctioned 11 and non- saleable is 01. i.e. plot no. 58. We shall not sold/market plot no. 58 and shall use the same for our own use.
