1) Open area of the project is 4051.95 sq. mtr. The same is calculated by considering road & park area as 4051.95 sq. mtr. 2) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Municipality, Sheoganj against the internal development work of the project, those plots are plot no. 43,44, 48 to 53 admeasuring 770.10 SqM.
