Total area of land as per approved plans is 1236.66 Sq. Mtr. of which area to be surrendered for road widening is 67.64 Sq. Mtr. therefore net area of land is 1169.02 Sq. Mtr. for which registration has been applied. In the project 12 E.C.U. are to be provided as visitor parking, for that the promoter has made provision for 36 two wheeler parking in the basement. As per applicant request application to update the litigation details as the said matter of litigation/case has been disposed of and closed on 03.09.2020 and further to the approval of Hon'ble Chairman on 10.11.2020 litigation details have been removed from online project summary sheet and a copy of court order has been uploaded under the head of "Others" of copy of layout approval. The litigation details have been removed and copy of court order uploaded on 25.11.2020. As per applicant request application to change the project name from "Siddha Jewels 2" to "Siddha Jewels II" and further to the approval of Hon'ble Chairman on 26.11.2020, the project name has been changed on 02.12.2020, henceforth the said project name should be read as "Siddha Jewels II".
