1.The project is going to be developed in phases and the total area of the project is 6120.00 Sq mtrs. 2. The Total Saleable Area of the project is 4027.87 Sq Mtrs. 3. As per Township Policy 2010, 2 Plots (Plot No. 02 and 03) having Total area of 531.88 Sq. mtr equal to 12.5% have been kept as mortgage under JDA. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work of project is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 4. The total saleable area of 4027.87 sq. mtrs. includes saleable area of Residential plots (3846.85 Sq. Mtrs) and saleable area of Informal Commercial area (181.02 Sq. Mtrs). 5. The Total Open Area 2032.13 Square meters (includes 306.00 Sq Mtr for Park and 1726.13 Sq Mtr For Road).
