1.The project is going to be developed in phases and the total area of the project is 40468.00 Sq mtrs and the promoter has applied for the registration of the proposed phase ‘Shyamashish Brij Vatika’ admeasuring 23860.60 Sq Mtrs and the remaining area of 16607.40 Sq Mtrs is the future development of the project. 2. The Total Saleable Area of the project is 9780.59 Sq Mtrs (Which includes Residential plots admeasuring 8970.43 Sq Mtr as well as Informal commercial admeasuring 810.16 Sq Mtr) . 3. As per Township Policy 2010, 1558.64 Sq. Mtrs equaling to 12.5%, which is the area approved for Residential plots have been kept mortgage. This Area would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 4. The Open area of the project is 12047.43 Sq Mtrs.
