1. Shubhashray Keshwana Project Phase 1 is already completed. 2. We are getting it registered in accordance with RERA Order. 3. There are 125 plots in total out of which 122 plots are for the purpose of sale and construction however 3 plots namely Plot no. 75, 75 A and 276 are meant for the purpose of sale of plots only there will be no construction. 4. The present application for registration of the Project is filed in compliance of order dated 22.07.2022 and 20.02.2023 . The project stood completed on 28.04.2017. Further, to substantiate the fact of completion of project completion certificate issued by the Nagar Palika, Kotputli is uploaded with the application.
