Project consist of total 54 plots, of which plot no. 3 to 12, 14 to 24, 24A and 25 to 51 shall be sold as villa. For the remaining plots namely 1, 2, 52, 53, 54 and Informal Commercial, we have not received construction permission form the local body. Thus the same are not included in the salable inventory.
