Promoter is developing the project in phases, wherein first phase is already registered in RERA as SHUBHASHISH PRAKASH Phase-I (RERA Registration No. RAJ/P/2023/2544) and second phase is registering as SHUBHASHISH PRAKASH Phase-II. As per approved maps dated 20.11.2023, whole project comprises of Tower 1, 2 and 3, wherein SHUBHASHISH PRAKASH Phase-II comprises the Tower-3. As per sub-division map of Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) the total area of the land is 8843.96 Sq. Mtrs., however as per actual possession the land area is 7894.41 Sq. Mtrs. and Jaipur Development Authority has approved the building plans on the basis of actual possession area i.e. 7894.41 Sq. Mtrs. On the RERA portal, we have mentioned the total area of Project as 8843.96 Sq. Mtrs., which is as per the sub-division map issued by Jaipur Development Authority.
