Promoter is intent to develop the project in Phases, wherein first phase is registering as SHUBHASHISH PRAKASH Phase-I as mentioned above. As per approved maps dated 10.05.2023, whole project comprises of Tower 1, 2 and 3, wherein SHUBHASHISH PRAKASH Phase-I comprises the Tower-1 and Tower-2. As per sub-division map of Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) the total area of the land is 8843.96 Sq. Mtrs., however as per actual possession the land area is 7894.41 Sq. Mtrs. and Jaipur Development Authority has approved the building plans on the basis of actual possession area i.e. 7894.41 Sq. Mtrs. On the RERA portal, we have mentioned the total area of Project as 8843.96 Sq. Mtrs., which is as per the sub-division map issued by Jaipur Development Authority.
