It has been explicitly stated that the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has currently granted permission for construction up to the Stilt Floor + 11th Floor. The promoter intends to obtain approval for additional floors i.e. 12th to 17th floors,in due course. Necessary formalities, such as the RERA fee, apartment details and gross built-up area, have been submitted based on the Stilt Floor + 17 Floors. Upon receiving approval for the additional floors (12th to 17th), the updates will be reflected in RERA through a map revision. It is also clarified that if the promoter does not receive approval for the additional height from the government, construction will proceed as per the currently sanctioned plan, i.e., up to the 11th floor.
