1.As per Rajasthan Township Policy 2010, 4 Plots (Plot No. 13, 14, 17, and 18) having Total area of 348.93 Sq. mtr equal to 12.5% have been kept as mortgage under Jaipur Development Authority. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work of project is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2.The total proposed area of the scheme is 5876 sq. Mtr. from which area out of possession of 272.80 sq. Mtrs has been deducted to calculate the total project area I.e. 5602.20 sq. Mtr. The total saleable area of the project is 2480.55 sq. mtrs. The Total Open Area is 2814.21 Square meters (which includes Park area 267.74 Sq Mtr, Zonal Road Area 357.17 sq. Mtr. and Road area 2189.30 sq. Mtr).
