we have applied for permission of Basement-1+ Basement-2+ 15 Floors, Till now we have received the building permission for Basement-1+Basement-2 +9 floors From UIT Kota . Therefore the further permission of 6 floors will be provided by UDH RAJASTHAN. In the Application of Project we filled all the details of project as Basement-1+ Basement-2+ 15 floors: example - GBUA, Parking details, Development cost, Proposed but not sanctioned units, etc keeping in view Project approval visioned for the future on the basis of approval letter and maps. As and when the permission will be recieved for remaining floor we shall update on RERA Web portal.
