12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those plots are plot no. 38 and 39 (711.95 Sq. Mtrs.). Open Area of the project is 2676.24 sq. meters which includes Mobile Tower [86.08 sq. meters] and Road Area [2590.16 sq. meters]. Area as per Jamabandi and 90A order is 8340.00 Sq. mtrs. whereas on site the available area for plotting is 8268.00 Sq. mtrs. only. Therefore, Actual Area available i.e. 8268.00 Sq. mtrs is taken into consideration for RERA Registration.
