Open Area of the project is 5421.39 sq.mtr. and the same is calculated by considering park area as 852.78 sq.mtr., SWM area 82.80 sq.mtr., Tower area 20.40 sq.mtr., internal road area as 4465.41 Sq.Mtrs. 2.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 2, 7, 92 to 97 area admeasuring 1490.31 Sq. mtr.
