1.As per Township Policy 2010, 3 Residential Plots (48,71,72) admeasuring 426.13 sq meters and one commercial plots (C-1 ) admeasuring 498.44 sq meters totaling 924.57 sq meters are to kept as mortgage with JDA. These plots would be allotted after the development work of project is completed and development charges are deposited with JDA 2. 2. Open Area Includes Park (675.08 Sq meter), S.W.M (50 Sq Mtr) , Mobile Tower (10 Sq Mtr), Utility (10 Sq Mtr), Road ( 3810.62 Sq Mtr) and JDA Sector road (1792.24 Sq Mtr) totalling 6348.94 Sq Mtr 3.Total Saleable Area as per summary table shown in the approved maps is 7152.01 Sq Mtr (Residential 6383.55 Sq Mtr + Commercial 498.44 Sq Mtr + Informal Commercial 270.02 Sq Mtr). However as per onsite actual calculation of plots as per approved maps total saleable area comes 7152.06 Sq Mtr ( Residential 6383.60 Sq Mtr + Commercial 498.44 Sq Mtr + Informal Commercial 270.02 Sq Mtr). In this manner ,there is a typographical error on the part of the JDA while mentioning total saleable area there is an increase of 0.05 Sq Mtr and similarly total Open Area as per Point(B) of summary table of approved maps is 6348.99 Sq Mtr . However as per actual calculation as per approved maps total open area comes 6348.94 Sq Mtr (676.08+50+10+10+3810.62+1792.24). In this manner ,there is a typographical error on the part of the JDA while mentioning total open area there is an decrease of 0.05 Sq Mtr. Accordingly there is a no net impact remains as per approved maps and consider it. However As per Township Policy 2010, now 3 Residential Plots (48,71,72) admeasuring 426.13 sq meters and one commercial plots (C-1 ) admeasuring 498.44 sq meters totaling 924.57 sq metersARE NOW RELEASED BY JDA and release letter attached
