Mtrs. which includes Residential [2958.58 Sq. Mtrs.] and Informal Commercial [116.89 Sq. Mtrs.]. Out of total area approved as per the UIT Sikar Letter and Approved map is 4400.00 Sq. Mtrs., the project has been applied for Phase area 3878.34 Sq. Mtrs. after deducting the Surrendered Area in road i.e. 521.66 Sq. Mtrs.
