12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those 2 plots are plot no. 6 and 7. Open Area of the project is 802.87 sq. meters which includes Mobile Tower [45.66 Sq. Mtrs] and Road Area [ 757.21 Sq. Mtrs]. The Saleable Area of the project is 3075.47 Sq. Mtrs. which includes Residential [2958.58 Sq. Mtrs.] and Informal Commercial [116.89 Sq. Mtrs.]. Out of total area approved as per the UIT Sikar Letter and Approved map is 4400.00 Sq. Mtrs., the project has been applied for Phase area 3878.34 Sq. Mtrs. after deducting the Surrendered Area in road i.e. 521.66 Sq. Mtrs.
