The said Project "BICHPURI RESIDENTIAL SCHEME" is an affordable housing scheme under the provision of 3C of CMJAY for the development of Plots and Villas. It is hereby proposed to sell both, plots as well as Villas in the project. The Villas may be sold as per the standard design and specifications or may be customized as per the requirements of the clients at the discretion of the promoter. With the permission of RERA, project name has been changed from "BICHPURI RESIDENTIAL SCHEME" to "Shri Ram-Janki Awasiya Yojna"; and all declarations, undertakings, agreements, and other documents executed by the promoter with "BICHPURI RESIDENTIAL SCHEME" as the name of this project will continue to hold good for this project now named as "Shri Ram-Janki Awasiya Yojna".
