1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Udaipur Development Authority, Udaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 1 and 13. 2.) Open area of the project is 815.06 sq. mtr. The same is calculated by considering road area as 815.06 sq. mtr. 3.) The Total Land Area of the Project is 2549.07 sq. Mtrs. out of which the area 105.96 sq mtrs is out of possession.
