M. 2.) Open area of the project is 3457.97 sq. mtr. The same is calculated by considering road area as 2377.72 sq. mtr. , park area as 349.04 sq. mtr., S.W.M area as 50 sq. mtr. and mobile tower as 10 sq. mtr, JDA sector Road as 671.21 sq. mtrs.
