• “Shri Govindam Residency” is a township scheme for plotted development approved under the provisions of the Rajasthan Township Policy 2010. As per the approved layout plan issued by Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur, remark put on the approved layout plan for Internal development in the scheme. 12.5 Percent of the total salable plots has been mortgaged by Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur, those plots are plot no. 01,20 and 21 total 3 plots admeasuring 883.00 Sq. mtr. • As per township policy-2010, three plots (Plot no. 1, 20 & 21) having total area of 883.00 Sq. mtr. equaling to 12.5% were kept mortgaged with JDA, Jaipur. These plots were released by competent authority after completion of internal development work and deposition of development charges vide Rahan Mukti letter dated – 03-03-2022.
