1.)12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 15 to 25 admeasuring 1080.96 Sq. Mtr. 2.) Khatedar Commercial Plot No. SC-1 to SC-5 and SC-7, SC-8 are in the ownership of the Khatedar and are sold by the Khatedar only and thus the same is mentioned under the sanctioned category and JDA Commercial Plot No. SC-6, SC-9 to SC-12 is in the ownership of the JDA and be sold by the JDA only and thus the same is mentioned under the not sanctioned category. 3.) Open area of our project is 7328.99 sq. mtr. and the same is calculated as Park area (755.45 sq. mtr.) + Road Area (5070.53 sq. mtr.) + JDA Sector Road Area (1503.01 sq. mtr.).
