1. 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 21, 22, 39, 54, 58, 59, 60, 61 and 70 admeasuring 1220.74 sq mtr. 2. The open area of the project is 6476.68 sq. mtrs. which is calculated by considering park area as 874.63 sq. mtrs. , M.T./S.W.D. area as 159.94 sq. mtrs. and road area as 5442.11 sq. mtr. 3. Plots No. 56, 57, 65, 66, 67, 68 and 69 belong to the minors Bhagwan Ram, Maya, and Karan. These plots shall not be sold, transferred, mortgaged, or otherwise disposed of without prior permission from the Legal Guardian or competent court of law.
