1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 7, 19, 20 admeasuring 405.81 Sq. Mtrs. 2.) Open area of the project is 3,158.57 sq. mtr. The same is calculated by considering road area as 2682.67 sq. mtr. , Park area as 312.05 sq. mtr., S.W.M area as 60.16 sq. mtr. and Open Area as 103.69 sq. mtr. 3.) Total Area of the Project as per Jamabandi is 6450 sq mtrs, whereas the area out of possession is 116.32 sq. mtrs. Therefore, phase area of the project is (6450-116.32) 6333.68 sq. mtrs.
