We declare the following: 1. We have approval of our plot by online process. In this process the software shows & accept only BAR and our BAR is 8114.38. But in RERA registration, the software needs Gross BUA for fees and & other calculations. So we declare that out gross BUA is 11,629.65 sq. mtr. Kindly accept this area as Gross BUA for all purposes. 2. Our total plot area is 2,086.88 sq. mtr. as per our legal documents. Out of this 6.43 sq. mtr. is surrendered in road widening. So our balance total area is 2,080.45 sq. mtr. However in RERA registration we have considered plot area of 2,086.88 and paid fees accordingly.
