As per the order no. TPR:9354:42/Project/Part-V/8152 issued by Town Planning Department, Jaipur, Rajasthan on 10.12.2020, COA registered Architects having registration under CTP can approve maps and can grant building permission as Competent Authority. In the light of the stated facts, the maps for this project have been approved by CTP registered Architect having CTP registration number : C.T.P. No. : - RAJ/Architect/2021/7 having C.O.A. No. CA/2016/75695 and the building permission is thereby granted under his approval.
