It is respectfully submitted that the proposed project has been duly approved under the Chief Minister Jan Awas Yojana (CMJAY), 2015 [Provision 3(B)] and is planned to be developed as a Residential Villas and Plotted project under Phases. In accordance with the provisions of the Township Policy, 2010, a total of 17 plots bearing Plot Nos. E-21 to E-30, L-7, L-8, and M-31 to M-35 have been kept under mortgage with the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur, once they are made mortgage free we shall update the status of the same plot (type design) on web portal of RERA. The total open area within the project premises is 7,706.99 square meters. It is further submitted that the Ist phase of the project has already been registered with Rajasthan RERA as a plotted development under the name “Shri Akshat Villas Phase-I”, whereas the IInd phase of the project is being developed and registered as a Group Housing Project.
