Shri Akshat Villa's Phase - I” is a township scheme for plotted development approved under the provisions of the Rajasthan Township Policy 2010. The total area of the project is 27,464 square meters; however, Phase-I has been developed over a portion measuring 8,092.58 square meters. As per Township Policy 2010, 09 plots (i.e. Plots no. E-36, E-37, E-45, E-46, M-37, M-38, M-40, M-41, M-42) admeasuring 633.13 square meters have been kept mortgage by Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur. The Total Open Area is 5039.44 Square meters consisting of Road, Common Parking, Park, Mobile tower. Since it is a Residential plotted development project, no parking details are required.
