1. Total plot area of the project is 49,975 sq. mtrs., out of which 7,875 sq. mtrs. has been surrendered for road purposes. Therefore, the net plot area of the project is 42,100 sq. mtrs. 2. Total open area of the project is 32,371.68 sq. mtrs. 3. Total gross built-up area / saleable area of the project is 9,728.32 sq. mtrs. 4. The layout/map of this commercial project has been approved by the Rajasthan State Agricultural Marketing Board, Jaipur.
