Project is new project of promoter/Owner which Khasra No 1114/269 of which Total Area is 1901.84 sq.m. but mistakenly in approval letter of UIT it is mentioned 2450 sq.mt. for which Correction Letter by UIT Sikar is issued which is attached in Legal Documents. 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by UIT Sikar against the internal development work of Plotted Development project , those plots are plot no 2 and 10 and these both mortgaged plots area are 168.27 sq.m.
