1.As per Township Policy 2010, 5 Plots (Plot No. 18 to 22) having Total Area of 459.87 Sq. Mtrs (i.e., 550.00 sq. yards) equaling to 12.50% have been kept mortgage. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with jaipur development authority. 2. We have not received the layout plan sanctioned letter from the Jaipur Development Authority. 3.Since it is a plotted development project there is no parking details are required. 4. We have provided the details of Architect and no other professional are associated and as and when they are associated same shall be in intimated to RERA.
