1.) Open Area of the project is 4961.04 sq.mtr. and the same is calculated by considering road area as 4471.50 sq.mtr., Park area as 489.54 Sq.Mtrs. 2.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jodhpur Development Authority, Jodhpur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 16, 17, 38, 39, 40, 41. 3.) On 17.11.2025 JodhJodhpur Development Authority released the mortgaged plots.
