(1) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 15,16,29,30 admeasuring 313.58 SqM. (2) The open area of our project is 1372.58 sq mtr calculated as (Green Area 190.70 sq mtr+ Road 1181.88 sq mtr).
