Open Area of the project is 2397.44 sq.mtr. and the same is calculated by considering road area as 2020.74 sq.mtr., Park area as 316.70 Sq.Mtrs., S.W.M. 50 Sq.Mtrs., Mobile Tower 10 sq.mtr. 2.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 5 to 10 having total area 580.08 sq.mtr.
