1. As per township policy 2010, we have to mortgage 12.5% plots with Local Body, accordingly 5 Plots i.e. 6, 7, 8, 34 and 49 admeasuring 772.91 sqm. are kept mortgage with JDA. These Plots will be released once development work is completed and development charges are deposited with JDA. 2. Open Area Includes Park 486.64 sq mtrs, H. T. Line 109.09 sq mtrs and Road 2906.62 sq mtrs totaling 3502.35 sq mtrs. 3. Saleable area includes residential area of 5840.40 sqm and retail commercial of 297.05 sqm, totaling 6137.45 sqm. 4. Mobile Tower area 10.20 sqm and SWM area 50.00 sqm are neither considered in Saleable Area nor in Open Area.
