AREA OF 954.55 INTO SQ.MTR. THEREBY IT IS MENTIONED AS 798.10 SQ.MTR IN BUILDING SANCTION PLAN. THE MAPS, THE AREA CALCULATIONS, THE BUILDING DIMENSIONS ARE BASED ON ACTUAL SITE LOCATION AREA I.E., 798.41 SQ.MTR. AND THUS IT IS CONSIDERED FOR RERA PROJECT REGISTRATION AS WELL.
