(1) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 1, 11, 12, 13, 14, 61, 62, 63 and 64 admeasuring 775.29 sq.mts. (2) Open area of our project is 4767.12 sq. mtr. and the same is calculated as Park area (537.92 sq. mtr.) + Road Area (3229.34 sq. mtr.) + JDA Sector Road Area (999.86 sq. mtr.). (3) 12.5% of the total saleable plots have been released by JDA, JAIPUR, as the project have been completed.
