As per applicant request application to update the encumbrances and further to the approval of Hon'ble Chairman on 06.02.2020, encumbrances have been updated on 11.02.2020 under the head of details of encumbrances for project. As per Applicant request application w.r.t. Extension of Estimated Finished date and further to the approval of Hon'ble Chairman on 12-05-2020, the estimated finished date has been changed from 31-03-2022 to 31-03-2023.Therefore revised estimated finished date should be now read as 31-03-2023. Estimated finished date updated on 15-05-2020. The Promoter shall obtain from the competent authority the requisite extension of validity of approved building plans and submit a copy thereof to the authority latest by 31.08.2020, failing which this certificate of extension shall stand withdrawn.
