10% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the UIT, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those plots are mortgaged plot no. 15, 23 to 24. Open Area of the project is 3747.84 sq. meters which includes Park Area [1000 Sq. Mtr.], Surender in Road Area [513.24 Sq. Mtr.], Road [2108.10 Sq. Mtr.] and after deducting Shop area [(154.37-27.87=126.50) Sq. Mtr.]
