12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot 01, and plot -12. Open Area of the project is 1698.3 sq. meters which includes Mobile tower [10.24 sq. meters], Road Area [1688.06 sq. meters]. The Saleable Area of the project is 2010.68 Sq. mtrs. which includes Residential [1880.83 Sq. Mtrs.] and Informal Commercial [129.85 Sq. Mtrs.]. Out of total area approved as per the UIT Sikar Letter and Approved map is 3713.09 Sq. Mtrs., the project has been applied for Phase area 3708.98 Sq. Mtrs. after deducting the Area surrendered in Sector Plan road i.e. 4.11 Sq. Mtrs.
