Project is residential in nature. As on date developer has got approval till 15 mtr height. Information's and documents related to project has been submitted up to 15 mtr height. Approvals, drawings and other related information's above existing approval will be updated on RERA portal as and when approved by competent authority. As per Applicant Request Applicant to update Promoter details and Project name and further to the approval of Hon'ble Chairman on 24-03-2021,Promoter details,Project name have been updated and in relation to the same copy of ATS+Affidavit w.r.t. form G have been uploaded along with updation of Termination of Developer agreement and Power of Attorney under legal title documents.In addition to the same Encumbrance declaration, No Litigation and No criminal record declaration and copy of Board Resolution uploaded under the online tab of "Others" of copy of Layout approval.
