12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those 3 plots are plot no. 1, 15 and 16. Open Area of the project is 1427.77 sq. meters which includes Mobile Tower [09.38 Sq. meters], Area Surrender in Road [87.31 Sq. meters] and Road Area [1331.08 sq. meters]
